At QuickPillStore, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to cancel an order, please review our policy below:
Order Cancellation Before Shipping:
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Please email us at info@quickpillstore.com or call our customer service line as soon as possible.
After Shipping:
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund under our Return Policy.
Custom & Special Orders Non-Cancellable:
Custom or special-order items (e.g. personalized pill dispensers) cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
Refunds on Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
